Who we are

ETERNALABS is operated by Eternalabs LLC, 3101 N. Central Ave, Ste 183 #2828, Phoenix, AZ 85012. Email: eternalabsstudio@gmail.com. ETERNALABS is offered to customers in the United States.

Information we collect

Account information such as your email address, sign-in method (email and password, Google or Apple) and profile details.

Your work: saved brand projects, Brand DNA, ETERNA conversations, creation requests, uploaded content and generated results.

Purchase and subscription records, including transaction references and payment event information received from Stripe, plus Element and usage records.

If you request an ORIGIN KEY, your email address and, optionally, your first name and marketing consent.

If you connect your own AI provider, connection details and an encrypted copy of your provider key.

Limited security records, such as a hashed form of your IP address used to apply visitor limits.

How we use information

We use information to provide your account, save and deliver your work, keep your brand consistent across tools, process payments, grant and account for Elements, handle refunds and reversals, enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.

AI processing

When you use ETERNA or a creative tool, your prompt, relevant conversation context, Brand DNA and content needed for the task are sent to an AI provider to produce the result. Providers include Google Gemini, the Lovable AI Gateway and, if you connect them, your own accounts with providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI or Perplexity. Those providers handle data under their own terms.

Free Discovery Mode is curated and does not send your choices to an AI provider.

Payments

Stripe processes card payments and membership billing. We do not receive your full card number; we keep the purchase and subscription records needed for fulfillment, accounting, refunds and disputes.

Service providers

We use Lovable Cloud for hosting, accounts, database and file storage, Stripe for payments, and the AI providers described above. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and browser storage

We use browser storage to keep you signed in, remember guest chat and Discovery progress, and pass your selected brand or purchase choice between pages. A small preference cookie may remember a sidebar setting for up to seven days. We do not currently use advertising or analytics trackers.

ORIGIN KEY and marketing

Marketing consent is optional and is not required to receive the ORIGIN KEY download. The private download link expires after five minutes. We do not currently send marketing email. If we start, every message will include a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time by emailing us.

Retention

We keep account, project, Brand DNA, conversation and asset records while your account is active or until you ask us to delete them. Payment, purchase and accounting records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting and dispute purposes. ORIGIN KEY leads are kept until you ask us to remove them. Deleted records may remain in backups until those backups expire on our hosting provider's schedule.

Your choices and requests

You can clear ETERNA history, reset Discovery progress, manage provider connections and cancel your membership inside the app.

To request access to, correction of, deletion of or a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of marketing, email eternalabsstudio@gmail.com from the email address on your account. We handle these requests manually and may need to confirm your identity. Some records, such as payment records, may be kept where the law requires. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights; we will honor them as required by law.

Security

Provider keys are encrypted on our servers and your private work is restricted to your account. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

ETERNALABS is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
