Terms of Service

Agreement
These terms govern your use of ETERNALABS, operated by Eternalabs LLC, 3101 N. Central Ave, Ste 183 #2828, Phoenix, AZ 85012. Email: eternalabsstudio@gmail.com. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Elements & Refund Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States. Keep your account information accurate and your login private; do not share passwords or verification codes. You are responsible for activity on your account.
The service
ETERNALABS provides ETERNA guidance, Brand DNA, saved projects and AI creation tools. Free Discovery Mode is a curated preview, not live AI generation. Tools marked unavailable, experimental or opening soon are not promises of working output. Availability depends on our providers and may change.
Your content and Brand DNA
Only submit material you have the right to use. You keep your rights in your content. You give us permission to store, process and send your content to the providers needed to deliver the service to you. We do not use your private brands or creations for our marketing without your permission.
AI-generated results
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other output. Review results before using them. To the extent allowed by the applicable provider terms and law, you may use the results you generate. We do not guarantee that results are original, exclusive, trademark-cleared or legally protectable, and we do not provide trademark searches or legal advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use ETERNALABS to break the law or violate others' rights, upload sensitive data you are not authorized to share, impersonate or defraud, create harmful or prohibited content, distribute malware, access other accounts, extract secrets, or bypass approvals, limits or payment. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service.
Elements and memberships
Elements are a service allowance used inside ETERNALABS. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not a login to any AI provider. Each paid creation shows its Element cost before you approve it. Memberships renew monthly through Stripe until canceled; you can cancel future renewals at any time from billing management and keep access through your paid-through date. Storage
Saved projects and assets support your ongoing work. Canceling a membership does not delete your projects or purchased Elements. We do not promise permanent storage; we will give reasonable notice before discontinuing the service.
Suspension
We may suspend or restrict access for abuse, security or legal reasons, with notice where appropriate. Contact us if you believe this was a mistake.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation or particular results, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Please contact eternalabsstudio@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve any issue. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless the law requires otherwise.
